Where has my order got to?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of the order being placed, and orders will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class. On very rare occasions orders can be delayed, but if you haven’t received your order within five working days of placing it, then please contact us and we’ll investigate and rectify the situation right away.
How do I go about returning an item that I’m not 100% happy with?
If for any reason you aren’t happy with the goods you’ve received from us, please contact us within 40 days of the date the order was placed, and we will arrange a return of the product to us for a replacement or full refund.
Is the Delta Dynamic Products website secure?
