Have a full-body workout wherever you are, whenever you like with these Exercise Dice.

With the two dice – one to decide the exercise, the other to determine duration (reps or time) – you can have a randomised routine that’ll keep your training varied, and help keep you fit.

There are five exercises featured – Push Ups, Jumping Jacks, Crunches, Walking Lunges and Squats, plus a ‘Wild Card’ face which can be any exercise of your choice, to mix things up for an increased challenge.

The dice are supplied in a lightweight neoprene pouch with keyring attachment, so you can keep them with you at all times; either in a pocket or bag, or securely attached to your keys, gym bag, purse or rucksack. Always have them to hand for whenever you fancy a workout – at home, at the gym, or anywhere on your travels.

The Exercise Dice are a fun way to get fit, whether training solo, or with friends and family. They’re equally suitable for beginners, and fitness enthusiasts looking to change up their routine.

The set includes two six-sided dice – one for exercise, one for duration:

Exercise: Push Ups, Jumping Jacks, Crunches, Walking Lunges and Squats, ‘Wild Card’. For the Wild Card you can assign any exercise you like – perhaps working on a specific muscle group, or a particularly hard exercise for a real challenge.
